Detoxification is something rather common nowadays I believe. Majority of the population have heard of it and a handful have tried it. So, which are the real good methods that really detox our system?
Talking about Detox, I know quite abit cuz my mama tried it once. I would say it’s really good. She lose more than 10kg in a month, which was what she wanted plus the toxics in her body are being repelled out. But her method is rather costly, fast results though. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a slimming programme, but slimming is just part of the results. Of course, if you are slim enough, you won’t lose anymore. Takes alot of determination. She can’t eat things she like throughout the one month. I remember got once, we still bought durians home. Very bad. Sorry mum =( But the results was satisfying. She was happy!
The other method is rather low cost, tried by a friend of mine and he recommended it to me. Simple steps and you can still take your normal meals.

For people who smoke, drink and eat - alot alot alo. You should detox yourself occasionally.
Talking about that, I have been planning to do one of these since god knows when. But have not done any of them yet. Lack of determination and LAZY is the keyword.
But… I do plan to do it after my trip in Jan. I will do it =)
